Sandtrix
The combination of the classic Tetris game along with loose sand physics and color matching is what we call the Sandtrix game. Build continuous lines, clear pixels, do combinations, and prevent the sand from filling the whole screen.
Sandtrix is an exciting puzzle game where the Tetris format gets an interesting update. Instead of being solid blocks, the falling pieces transform into sand once they reach their destination. Your goal is to control the movements of the pieces and form a horizontal line of the same color. Once the line is formed, the sand pixels of that color vanish and give you points.
The unique sand physics change the gameplay of all traditional block puzzles. There are three game modes: endless game, three-minute high score, and Clear 40. Moreover, you can choose between three difficulty levels: Easy, Medium, and Hard.
How to Play
Your task in Sandtrix is to create full lines of the same color. Begin the game by rotating and moving the falling piece to the right spot. As soon as it lands on the current sand layer, it disperses and spreads out into the empty spots.
You can't just build up a fixed stack here. It is necessary to think about gravity and the behavior of the individual grains of sand after the piece falls. Good placement will fill a gap; bad placement will create an awkward stack.
You earn one point for each cleared pixel. The removal of another line of sand before the expiration of the combo counter will increase your multiplier, and combos can be 10x. The endless mode goes on until the sand reaches the top. In the High Score mode, you are allotted three minutes to earn as much score as possible, while Clear 40 requires the removal of 40 rows without a timer.
