Baseball is an easy browser sports game where you become a player at bat. The task is to recognize a pitch correctly, time your swing, and score as many points as you can. The game provides two modes and gives you a chance not only to face a hard baseball challenge, but also to test your scores in an arcade version.

In Bottom of the Ninth, you have to score five runs with your team being four runs behind and having only three outs left. It is all about making every swing count.

In Arcade mode, you get ten pitches and have to hit the ball in such a way that it would land closer to the center of a certain target in the outfield. Your score depends on how near you managed to hit the target. You can also choose the difficulty level.

How to Play

Playing Baseball is easy. However, accurate hitting of the ball requires some practice. The main control in this game is your mouse. Place the cursor in an appropriate place and hit the ball when it is at the right position.

The cursor's position will determine the hit angle and height. Hence, for example, when hitting the ball from a low position, you make it fly high, but it travels a shorter distance. This will give you an idea of how you can control your hits effectively.

Bottom of the Ninth needs to score runs without being caught out. Since you are trailing on the scoreboard, every hit that you make is important for scoring some runs. Create as many opportunities as possible to score five runs in three outs.

Arcade mode has 10 pitches, and your aim is to hit the target balls in the outfield. Scoring high is done by hitting the balls closer to the center. The selected difficulty level makes it harder.
